      Pros

      Great customer base. Almost every company in the world is using Jenkins.

      Cons

      At a critical juncture of growth, the company decided to introduced too many layers of management, new processes that made it difficult for clients to work with them, and treated sales as expendable. In turn, the great people left and the org has been in recovery mode since.
