Pros
work and life balance, work from home, training for new hires on their solutions, medical benefits, salary is good. if you enjoy working with data, with multi-nationalities, very ideal 9-5 job with limited career advancement, a stable income, this is a great place to be.
Cons
Lack of growth opportunities to existing capable employees for supervisory or possible inter-department career path. Hires new staff with zero experience to supervisory roles instead of seeking experienced staff internally. Customer feedback/satisfaction as performance indicators heavily affect the salary adjustment. Very quiet office culture. Singaporeans seem to be passed for supervisory positions, however this is my own observation. Regardless of growth, the bonus is a fixed 13th month. Lack of country specific payroll training which will greatly reduce errors for your clients.
