- Uncertain company future that creates some turnover, but the team does a great job working through that
- Salaries are a bit lower, but the work-life balance and culture more than make up for it
Ability to work remotely - coming out of COVID being able to secure a position that did not require me to go into the office was a dream come true.
Cons
Prior to accepting the position, when I reviewed the company feedback from former employees on this site, the number one concern was the fear of loosing their jobs loomed over their heads daily. While the country as a whole is upside down this is still a real concern for CloudPay US employees.
