Pros

CloudSpot offers a fantastic environment for engineers looking to expand their skill sets and take on new challenges. The pace is fast, but it's driven by innovation and a genuine desire to build a great product. There are ample opportunities to work on diverse projects, experiment with new technologies, and contribute significantly to the platform's evolution. Management actively encourages learning and provides resources for professional development, making it a place where you can truly grow your career. From an engineering standpoint, the problems we tackle are complex and rewarding. The collaborative culture means you're constantly learning from talented colleagues. If you're an engineer who thrives on growth and wants to be part of a company that's always pushing forward, CloudSpot is definitely worth considering.

Cons

None I can think of.

Pros

Leadership is super accessible. You actually have a hand in the direction of the company as features are developed and tested. Hours can be flexible (to an extent) and PTO is very flexible (as long as there's alternate coverage).

Cons

Not a huge fan of the concept of Unlimited PTO, but leadership has never denied a request. In the Customer Success role you are customer-facing, so you're the front line of defense for bugs or random issues people are having, and stuff does pop up. It's a startup, so priorities can change on a dime. At lot of projects seem like a hurry up and wait mentality.

Pros

Very smooth interview process. Great team atmosphere and supportive management. Since it is a startup, they are very encouraging when it comes to growing your skills and future with the company. Wonderful work/life balance!

Cons

No cons, I would just keep in mind that being a startup, things can change quickly and you may need to wear many hats. If you don't thrive in that environment, it may not be for you. This is a fully remote job, so if you do better in an office environment that is something to keep in mind as well.
