It doesn’t always feel like performance alone drives decisions, which can be frustrating if you’re putting in real effort. There are also moments where communication from leadership feels selective, and raising concerns doesn’t always lead to actual change. Over time, this can make people hesitant to speak up or unsure of where they stand. The company has potential and some good people, but the management dynamics and internal politics often take away from what could otherwise be a solid place to work.
