Work from home model, decent base pay, only a handful of partners so that you're not overwhelmed trying to learn all of the offerings. Management does not micro-manage.

This company has a 100% turn over rate on their sales force and does not have a very solid relationships with their vendor partners. You will likely never hit quota or earn commissions. The company does not have processes or systems in place to enable their staff to do their jobs effectively. Emails and calls go unanswered when you are seeking advice or help. Weeks will go by with little to no communication. They do not have any idea of what state employment laws are and if you choose to leave the company, they will find a way to try to keep your final pay and PTO. HQ is run out of one of the owners basements in VA. There seems to be a serious lack of ethics and the owners seem to have their own agenda which goes against their employees success.
