Pros

- CEO and leadership are compassionate people who care about employees - Lots of autonomy and flexibility - Interesting industry (healthcare) with a meaningful mission and purpose (make the world healthier) - Opportunities for growth for employees who step up to the plate - Work from home, always - Risk taking and experimentation is encouraged - Since we're still small, you can have a lot of impact

Cons

- Not a ton of structure, so if you're the type of person that needs processes and systems fully built out, this may not be for you. But if you like the challenge of creative problem solving and building out systems where they're lacking, you might like it here. - A lot of things we do here, we do them for the first time, which can be scary. So don't work here unless you're fearless and you like taking risks, learning, and growing fast.
