Pros
They are a great company for those who work more hourly positions when it comes to benefits, PTO, Sick Time, work/life balance. The position I was in was a remote position. That gave me a little extra access to the hours I worked and I only worked Monday-Friday during the day for 8 hours, 30 minute lunch and two 15 min breaks. They have some great opportunities to work with upper management in different departments to not only see what their importance with the company is but also how to learn how to move ahead as well. They do like to promote within the company but that is not always the case.
Cons
The majority of the Senior Director's tend to lack common sense on running a smooth work environment. They are big on in office positions then laying them off so they can outsource to vendors. Each time they do this they notice a huge cut in membership. The higher up you go they assume even if you are on PTO, sick, bereavement you are still on call.
