      Great Pay, Great people to work with(non management), and great tips

      Cons

      Management picks favorites and will give them the most hours and tips. They are sexist towards what female employees should wear in the booth to "boost sales" aka ben, (district manager, and Collin the owners son.)

      Severe lack of communication, mid level leaders have little to no “leading leaders” experience. Minimum of 50 hours a week with expectations to fix things without knowledge or support.
