Pros
If you love golf and technology, this is the place, you have all the best equipment at your fingertips. Most of the employees are great. Good benefits. A lot of promotion from within which is good and bad in some ways. The growth was really fun and exciting for awhile.
Cons
Revolving door of management with a common theme of not respecting current employees and processes. Company continues to grow before fixing existing issues. Turn around times have gotten embarrassing which is mostly due to COVID but not entirely. Overworked employees with low morale because of this. No communication between departments. There was a great culture but it is dying quick. Great employees are being driven away.
