Poor communication, possibly intentional - Sales Manager Club Pilates Employee Review

I’ve been promoted to a management position but it seems to be one that doesn’t exist at other locations (they made it up) and rather than earn a set management wage, I was given a small raise. Hard to get info on benefits, responsibilities, overtime, etc
