Pros

The owners seem nice, but had little to no interaction with them unfortunately. Some instructors are great. The clients made the job itself enjoyable, such a lovely community to serve.

Cons

‘General Management’ & ‘Regional Management’ here is deplorable. Pay employees a livable wage so that you can attract & hire true managerial talent with people management experience, not someone fresh out of college with zero interpersonal skills. Leadership who can manage with heart & skill, not someone who hides behind a Prospr app and the ‘closet’ that they call their office micromanaging / criticizing every move an employee makes whilst providing zero training for them from the start. On your first day you are handed a welcome packet and sit with the ‘GM’ for an hour or two and that is the total extent of onboarding that you will receive here. Communication is below subpar, you have to find out via an Instagram post whether or not the studio is closed due to state of emergency blizzards instead of the GM / Regional Manager alerting staff. The employee always has to initiate said inquiry and correspondence is always sent last minute. Management will also cut your hours and change your schedule at any given moment unbeknownst to you, the employee. Also talks negatively about the clients behind their backs constantly. There is a clear reason why front desk turnover rate is so high here. Do better.
