As a current team member, we'd hope you feel comfortable coming forward to discuss your comments directly. However, we understand that not everyone may feel comfortable raising concerns directly, which is why we offer multiple ways for employees to share feedback. In addition to our quarterly Motivation and Wellbeing Survey (which allows for anonymous input), we also gather insights through regular one-to-one meetings with line managers, 'Keep in Touch' (KIT) interviews conducted by our People Team, and our annual in-person Kick-Off event.
These are complemented by weekly company-wide meetings and structured team sessions, all designed to foster an open and inclusive culture where everyone is encouraged to share their ideas and help shape the future of the business. We truly hope you’ve felt able to engage with these opportunities and share your thoughts honestly.
