Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience has led to these concerns, and we want you to know that your voice is important to us. As a current team member, we'd hope you feel comfortable coming forward to discuss your comments directly. However, we understand that not everyone may feel comfortable raising concerns directly, which is why we offer multiple ways for employees to share feedback. In addition to our quarterly Motivation and Wellbeing Survey (which allows for anonymous input), we also gather insights through regular one-to-one meetings with line managers, 'Keep in Touch' (KIT) interviews conducted by our People Team, and our annual in-person Kick-Off event. These are complemented by weekly company-wide meetings and structured team sessions, all designed to foster an open and inclusive culture where everyone is encouraged to share their ideas and help shape the future of the business. We truly hope you’ve felt able to engage with these opportunities and share your thoughts honestly. We would welcome the opportunity to talk with you further about your experience. If you're open to it, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the People Team; we’re here to listen and support.

Pros

Clue has one of the friendliest and most supportive cultures I’ve experienced. Everyone is genuinely willing to help each other, and you always feel like you’re part of a team working toward something meaningful. It is evident that the company’s mission and values guide the work and motivate you to push hard because you know the impact it has. Staff are treated well, the benefits are solid, and the pay feels very fair for the role and responsibilities. It’s the kind of environment where you feel valued, trusted, and encouraged to grow. Another standout is the customers - working with organisations tackling some of the most interesting, complex, and important challenges out there gives you a strong sense of purpose and makes the role feel meaningful day to day.

Cons

If there’s one area that could still improve, it would be communication between departments. It’s always getting better, and there’s clearly an effort to make it smoother, but there’s still room for continued progress as the company grows.

Cons

A lot of knowledge sits heavily with longer‑standing team members At times there’s more emphasis on new features than resolving existing issues
