Pros
For some, events and pizza evenings. Flexibility, working from home, good benefits
Cons
Have you ever heard the term "Toxic positivity"? This company is faking good atmosphere. One of the most toxic things I saw, it was when they fired someone within 6 months and they offered them a bottle of champagne. To celebrate what? Another case was when they fired someone when this person was in sick leave. They don't keep private the "reason" why someone got fire but instead they spread around the alleged reason in order to protect the image of the company and minimise the value of the person left. The company heavily plays favouritism, office politics, discrimination, goshiping, gaslighting and bullying. You are not allowed to have a voice. Completely unprofessional environment with no experienced managers having no clue about management, where you have to sleep with the right person to have easily a promotion next 6 months. You have the feeling that you are entering in a college with a bunch of insecure students. If you dare to speak you will end up having the problem, excluding you from activities and meetings and getting fire. I read the negative comments before and in fact those are all true and I found funny that the response to the comments was that People team are open to discuss, while in the reality they are there to protect the buller and the image of the company.
