Pros
Easily the best training program that I have encountered or heard of for front of house staff. You will learn a lot that will set you up for success at Clyde's restaurants, but also for success at any future service job. I also found that the working environment was good and really enjoyed my time working for Clyde's part time as a college student.
Cons
The training program and expectations are more rigorous than you might expect, especially if you have worked other service jobs. Also, you may feel a bit confined by the standards of service.
