Sadly the two co-founders seem not to be able to come to a common about ground where to go with this company. Two heads running in two different directions.
Only way to survive is blindly follow all orders of the CEO/CTO.
Especially when asked for feedback: just repeat what they want to hear.
They burned about 20 people in 4 years. The current dev team is the forth generation. Within one year they shrink down from over 20 to 5 people. Everybody run away.
