Pros
Although I am very new with the company, everyone is very nice and willing to help with any questions I have had thus far. With working remotely, they are doing their best to get me set up for success.
Cons
I think it has to do with working remotely but some basic training on what Farm Credit Leasing does, what each department roles are and some system training - how to navigate, and do's and don'ts before jumping into my job duties.
