Since the new CIO and her cult came the IT department environment has changed to that of a sweat shop IT consultancy. People are being forced to quit if they are remote. New SAFe agile is nothing but micromanagement. Its all in the hands of former school teachers who have never written any line of code. The new architects, directors and leads are a joke and know nothing about technical stuff except to talk big terms. And those quarterly PI plannings are such a joke.
