Worst call centre you can work for. 2 directors who got there by being yes people and implement ways to work which are outdated and make no sense. The managers follow the same pattern and do not know anything about the company. Any questions asked to management need to be passed around the whole centre before being answered. Constant threats of DND and PIPS and even if you are performing well they will still find a way to force you out. About 5% of the agents actually speak to CoStar but we have a target to speak to 85% of agents. Do not fall into the trap of there salary which dropped from 50k to 40k and now they are getting rid of the people on 50k to replace them and make some money eventhough the UK business has been in a loss since it started operating here.
