Pros

Summarised: the pay (£40k), hours (9-5) and the researchers are all good fun.

Cons

Hindsight is a great thing and I wish I hadn't ignored some of the reviews on glassdoor before accepting the job because of how accurate they are. The targets set are unrealistic with around 60% of researchers unable to hit the target and many people on some sort of warning or not passing their probation (making it easier for them to sack you). We've had a lot of people leave either out of choice or have been fired over the past month and the atmosphere in the department is dying. There is a lack of development and progression within the role, titles such as a research associate 2 and senior researcher associate meaning little if anything in the industry. My advice would be to anyone joining, be aware of what you are getting yourself into if you are joining solely for the pay - you don't get paid £40k without some catch! But also be prepared to find a new job once the honeymoon period is over.

Pros

I worked for Homes.com - Great first job out of college to learn a lot about sales and can make good money in the first 3 months - FIND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONE THIS JOB AND HAVE LEFT AND FIGURE OUT WHY CUZ THEY'LL TELL YOU

Cons

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
