Think again, the client facing metrics you are held accountable to hit guarantee you will be working by 6am and past 9pm all day everyday. The culture is a shark tank and every sales market has the same quota and same price for the product— so forget presidents club if you’re not in a major city. Every stop you take, every dial you make is audited. If you’re looking to make great money then costars the place. If you’re looking for great company culture and work life balance, this really isn’t a great option. Do some research on the company and be prepared to give up any life outside of work if you choose to sell for CoStar.
