Decent pay and benefits, amenities such as gatherings and free café offers (food trucks, holiday events : precovid)
Cons
Unattainable work expectations, management tells you they understand your workload is heavy but assigns you more - they're just looking out for their bonus when you meet their metrics. You wear so many hats your role is jumbled and no linear way to see if you're actually achieving your "goals" you make every month. Too much micro management and managers who have no clue what they're doing, oversight is unbearable - if someone is incapable of doing their role, don't discipline all other 300+ employees in office.
