In the first year you can make a ton of money with a great comp plan. This usually drops second year with numerous cancellations that count against you.
Cons
Micromanagement to the extreme. Most deals are funneled to top reps. Monthly quotas. Big brother watching everything you do. No territories leads to conflict with reps.
