      Pros

      New ceo starting January 2025 Hopefully he will straighten out the property management guy at switzer.

      Cons

      Management protect each other. One male Manager says inappropriate things to female staff. Like telling female employees they should wear high heels and lipstick, playing with female's employees hair while saying I love you. Asking if female employees is going to give a male coworker a lap dance for his birthday.
