      Good community of therapists who all share clinical resources. Great supervision. Steady stream of clients. Easy to deal with admin team.

      Cons

      I didn't like one of the software they used, but they are switching it now.

      Pros

      - clients are amazing - nice stream of clients/ referrals

      Cons

      - management seems to have forgotten they are in a human field and treat therapists and clients as disposable and invaluable - extremely toxic environment - no flexibility with availability/ time off / notes - barely got regular supervision and all of my supervisors left - new ceo is cruel and treats employees as inferior and irrelevant
