Pros
CobbleStone provides a very supportive work environment. Managers are not only approachable; they are there to support your questions and concerns. Suggestions are welcomed and listened to intently to better processes and the company. This is also true for upper management. Each employee is valued for their contributions. Additionally, CobbleStone staff is a prime example of diversity. There are employees of varied ethnicities, ages, races and gender. You couldn't ask for a better representation of diversity which brings new ideas to the workplace.
