Pros
Sales earn you commissions, which are pretty high. They offer a base pay too so you don't have to stress every single week about not taking money home. They pay for us to travel so I have gotten to go on a few business trips. The team is really fun and the work is rewarding. I can't believe how much I've learned in my short time here
Cons
This isn't a job that you can just "clock in and clock out" at. You have to be really PRESENT in order to do well.
