Great culture, international experience, opportunities to grow, nice parties and all sorts of perks. There always are fridges full of all sorts of drinks. They offer gifts for holidays.
Cons
Leaders and managers lack people skills, focus on KBIs more than anything else. Poor communication between the country and the BSO makes the job more stressful.
