Pros
A very welcoming and warm company. The management put a big effort on turning this company into a family, or at least into a fun workplace. For myself, it feels like doing a project with my college friends, where you do serious work but have fun and play games together as well. Another big plus is, it is a fully remote work-from-anywhere company. They have employees working from South East Asia, Europe, US, and Africa. As long there are no issue in communication and you always get the jobs done, you're free to travel or stay anywhere.
Cons
It's a small company, so most of the things for development hasn't been set up properly yet. Some could find this as a learning opportunity, but some might want to avoid it. Also with the startup culture, employers are expected to learn autonomously; The team don't have much capacity for closely mentor the new joiners. They still responsive with your question though, as long it's not like holding hands and teach you like an internship.
