Pros

I've been at the company for a while now and honestly, the leadership team is one of the biggest pros. It's so refreshing to have a female CEO and to see that around 70% of senior leadership is also female. It really sets the tone for an inclusive, thoughtful, and empowering environment. You can tell the company genuinely cares about its people. They actually listen to feedback and take action on it, which is rare (sadly) in a lot of places. Flexible Fridays are also a game-changer. Having time set aside to focus on deeper project work or my own development (without a million meetings) has helped me grow a ton.

Cons

Only real downside is that being fully remote and on a smaller team can sometimes make it harder to connect with people or build relationships quickly.

Pros

- people here are absolute gems <3 - senior leadership is super down to earth and are exceptional people leaders (really care about their teams) - company seems to embody people first mentality - perks/benefits/4 day work week are awesome, they make life easier - the team I work on is supportive, funny, great at what they do, and make work enjoyable - regular 1:1's with my manager to discuss how I'm doing, where I see myself in the company long term - get to work on strategic projects, along with my day to day, so I feel more engaged with work and get to work on what I choose to work on

Cons

- remote work is great for saving time on commute and having more flexibility but I definitely miss team interaction (had a team offsite in Aug which was awesome, next one is in Oct - can't wait) - typical growing pains of a start up (need for more documented processes or knowledge base to find things but we're working on it) -
