1. I got to do the job that I loved 2. The pay was great 3. I got to choose to use my preferred technologies 4. My boss was very considerate and she cared about her employees

It was way understaffed. They should hire more people in my department.

- Ease in taking days off when needed. - Laid-back work environment. - No one monitoring your time, nor paying attention to whether or not you are actually doing work at your desk.

- Blatant favoritism. - Frequent employee turnover. - Lackadaisical management of employees. (There is no department to which employees can turn, to discuss issues, etc.)
