Beware: Mismanagement and Sudden Layoffs Make This Company Unstable - Anonymous employee Codacy Employee Review

I regret not reading the reviews before joining this company, as I wouldn't be unemployed today. For the second consecutive year, the company has executed a round of layoffs, dismissing numerous employees. This wouldn't be as alarming if they hadn't just hired over 10 new people in the past few months. Essentially, they hire 10 people only to fire them shortly after—a glaring example of managerial incompetence. During my onboarding period, I was left alone most of the time with no one to help or guide me. I was basically doing whatever I wanted, with no one questioning whether it was right or wrong. A reputable company wouldn't allow this to happen. When they start hiring, do not join this company. It is completely disorganized and lacks structure. People might say it's a great place and, indeed, the employees are wonderful, but there is no coordination in the company's direction. As soon as leadership decides on a layoff, it happens without discussion. The last round of layoffs was decided in less than two weeks. Imagine being in a place where everything seems fine, and then, in two weeks, 20 people are laid off due to a lack of funds. Once again, do not join this company. They might pay relatively well, but the risk is not worth it.
