      The people who work here are great

      Company is 5 years behind the times Good people are not promoted and forced to let go Brno offices are outright awful, too much noise and it's getting worse Feature creep in codebase with massive tech debt

      Pros

      The work is interesting, and management gives a lot of flexibility.

      Cons

      Very unstable working environment, multiple instances of salary being late. Bonuses/salary increases have been delayed or have not occurred over the last 1.5 years. No longer paying the going market rate for employees.
