Every Thursday is Mandatory fun where all employees play board games for an hour during business hours. Every other Wednesday lunch is provided for Workshop Wednesdays where an employee presents on a topic of their interest. I worked on the JavaScript team. The tech stack (React and GraphQL) is modern and always evolving. The projects are fun to work on and the Product Owners do a great job planning the Sprints. They value people over skills and are willing to train you up. They provide a monthly learning budget.
