Pros
Marketing content already made by headquarters for you to put out. Owners and clients being nice depend on location of franchise. Program practically sells itself to the parents of students once you learn what to say. Glorified babysitting/secretary job most of the time. Pretty comfortable and low in stress.
Cons
No commission on sales unless the owners incentivize you to sell better with a bonus they choose. Hourly wage was pretty low once you realize you wear too many hats of responsibility. Hours don't give you time in the day to enjoy time before or after work. Work Saturdays. No room for internal growth after you hit MAYBE manager position because it's a franchise, not a company. No benefits
