      - Gets to work with kids - Short hours (4hrs) if you like them - You get to learn coding

      Cons

      - Fires employees for not doing the bare minimum - Low pay, hesitant to give employees a raise even though they're making a lot of money - Keeps you after work and sometimes gives you jobs but won't pay you for them
