Joined here a while back and what stood out for me is how quickly you get thrown into real work. No long boring training sessions, you start contributing from week one. Managers actually listen when you bring up something. Festivals and team events are also done well, it does not feel like just another office. Health benefits and insurance are decent.

Sometimes the work distribution is uneven, I feel that can be improved.

One thing I really like here is the people. Most of the team is young and easy to get along with, so the work environment never feels heavy. You get a lot of freedom to try things out, nobody is constantly checking on you or asking for updates every hour. The projects are also pretty varied, I have worked on a few different clients and each one taught me something new. Onboarding was smooth too
