      Pros

      Management is very people friendly, helpful and understanding. They have a good base of clients who they build software for.

      Cons

      Only con is that during this COVID pandemic and subsequent lockdown restrictions this has delayed my payments as a contractor. Besides that it was and excellent company to work for.

      Colleagues are absolutely outstanding and they have the best president and founder.

      Timesheets aren't ideal and I wish we could go travel to different conferences

      * GREAT development team * sales/marketing director was great * flexibility with Covid

      Cons

      * Hostile work environment with DevOps/some leadership * Trouble getting paid on time, bounced paychecks, rarely getting paystubs * Benefits were taken out of check but not applied to account for the benefit * Micromanagement * Railroading certain employees, even in team wide meetings * Involuntarily furloughed for health reasons, then called a leave of absence to the company
