      - There is flexibility to learn and grow - The people you get the opportunity to work with are amazing

      Cons

      - Times have changed, and it doesn’t have the same vibrancy as it used to. Far too many people have left since COVID, with little to no improvement on mitigating this very concerning pattern.

      Flexible hours, you learn a ton everyday

      The post-covid shake up dust hasn't settled yet and its difficult to tell how well the company is doing.

      Loads of free time and very straightforward work.

      Cons

      The curriculum is really dated now and the company is reluctant to change it. They have also hired several educators with very little industry experience.
