- Projects / location were not what was agreed upon - Work in job description was not the work I was doing - Lowballing offers

- Team is mostly up to date with the internal materials provided by the domain leads - Have the chance to work with some of the best in the industry

- Still long way to go to be able to have diverse team members (still hard for them to compose international teams from the main branches) - Win-lose mentality most recent hires (they had more care on curating team member in the past in my honest opinion)
