When a company makes sure they don't hire/fire unless absolutely necessary, then the team has to "go with the flow" during slower and busier times. Consulting, by its very nature, is dynamic in terms of workload.

Great Company and great office culture! Everyone in our office seems to genuinely enjoy the work they do and the people they work with. The GM really cares about the people here.
Awesome work culture. They are big on getting your work done rather than needing to stay in office longer than necessary. I also got a lot of hands on experience.
