I keep hearing this and we are continuing to evaluate. We have to remain competitive and adapt to your marketability. Tough balance. And unfortunately in your case it looks like we didn't measure up. In your evaluation of pay, please make sure you are comparing apples to apples (meaning total comp and culture). Our business model is quite different from those firms that don't pay overtime. As a result our pay tends to be lower. However, if you are now purely salaried, please compare your hourly pay rate based upon your total hours worked. You may find that it is not so different. With the addition of a positive culture, we may just tip the scales. Just a thought. I wish you all the best.
