      Pros

      - Culture across offices is great. Each office is different depending on where it is located, which allows some offices to lean more into the local culture - Leadership is open about state of the company - Leadership cares about each employee and cares for their well-being - HSA matching

      Cons

      - Insurance isn't the most convenient - Sometimes the "local office autonomy" can take the place of willingness to accept new technologies/processes

      Every strength has its weaknesses. Our autonomy makes us nimble locally, but sometimes hinders us corporately. We live in that tension and adjust as we grow.       Great Company and great office culture! Everyone in our office seems to genuinely enjoy the work they do and the people they work with. The GM really cares about the people here.

      Pros

      Awesome work culture. They are big on getting your work done rather than needing to stay in office longer than necessary. I also got a lot of hands on experience.

      Cons

      Hiring process is a little late in the year ~April for students trying to get internships.
