Cognex is chaotic - Senior Software Engineer Cognex Employee Review

Source control and build systems are chaotic causing undue stress. For my position, developers mostly work in silos. Teamwork is not in the companies list of core qualities, Management does not follow through on tasks they are assigned to. Example of this is a situation where a contractor was there for over 5 weeks and when I left still did not have access to the source system. This after repeated requests asking management to fix it.
