Pros
The only reason this review has any stars at all is that the company is still financially healthy.
Cons
Highly demanding roles, particularly in the logistics/retail distribution division, yet not nearly enough pay. Company made highly questionable layoffs during 2020 uncertainty that still haunt it. Hiring standards way lower than they used to be; senior management disconnected from people on the ground. Trickle-down effect from mistakes has been slowly building up. Stay away if you enjoy your work being valued properly.
