Pros

No pros just that they had wished me for Diwali that was one pros

Cons

First they select u in a interview and send u a offer letter saying that ua selected but then you are not !.later they say that u have to build some apps and we provide u trianing and after that process we will provide u a proper offer letter! And we had no idea what was really going on .and we had college and this training we couldn't concentrate on their training and then later when they gave us the proper offer Letter and after 1 month of their proper offer letter they want us build them some app which we are unfamiliar with only reason is they never trianed us properly. After the college is over that is when we are completly free and they could have trianed us after giving us the proper offer letter but they literally want us to work on 7 apps In 1 month time after the offer letter was given and when we couldn't complete that apps u know what they did ?just fired us indirectly from the company making us resign. And later when we said what we needed was proper training after the orginal offer latter was given but the manager guy starts scolding at us and then says that we had given you 9 months of time ?does that even make sense ?ua company wasn't clear about what u were doing to the freshers. ua training didn't even make sense because u should have atleast hired us as an intern and gave us a stipend and proper training and then there would have been a trust. And guys they fired almost 10 people who i knew .
