      Pros

      The team was amazing at Cogs, I think the whole team was very professional, always stay ahead of the game, but never show nasty competition between consultants. The Directors and Founders have great vision and trusted their staff to deliver.

      Cons

      Office could be a bit packed sometimes, but somehow it's great for a close collaborating environment.

      Pros

      They have a great book of business with clients that pay on time.

      Cons

      They're running a Ponzi Scheme. They're currently under guidance from HMRC (UK Tax Authority) to pay back loans. Unfortunately they're paying these loans (and other contractors) with cash from accounts that should have been paid directly to contractors they recruited. This is called a Ponzi Scheme
