Thank you for sharing your personal feedback on our business. It was certainly a trickier first six months of 2018 for London with some underperforming areas and a management structure that did not suit the uncertainty around Brexit. We completed a full and long planned restructure as a result and once the changes started to impact the second half was markedly more productive and importantly profitable. As a business committed to helping individuals and business reach full potential we have to make sure everyone is delivering excellence to our clients, colleagues and importantly the talent we represent. We do not always get this right but we have a great team in London who we are very proud of. There are certainly uncharted waters for every sector for the UK as a whole. Cogs London survived the Global Financial Crisis of 2008 and we’re confident that the U.K government will look out for businesses’ interest post-Brexit. As a global business we are committed to London and the UK. We’re sorry you’ve felt that there was a lack of transparency and leadership during your time here. The business is very clear on direction of travel and positioning every year. Especially in 2018 presenting new articulations of that for both staff globally - in the shape of employer branding, our CSR projects and ambitions in that area. Also our industry, service and product positioning. However we also require all members of any team to take responsibility for that. Especially senior ones. It is an environment that is collaborative not micro managed. Pressure and targets are personal and sadly not everyone can meet the expectations of their level within the business.
