A fast-paced yet caring and supportive environment where employees are empowered to grow and deliver the very best work! Demonstrating first-hand how remote-first can successfully operate for the benefit of employees, clients and the business as a whole. It's an agency where people can really thrive and by far one of the best agencies I have worked at. As a mother of a young child I feel so proud to be fulfilling that primary role alongside looking after a global team delivering work for some of the most recognisable brands. Going to work rarely feels like a chore and it's the leadership, my colleagues and the culture at C&M that provides that.
Cons
There is nothing of note for me personally but at a push I'd recognise that our fast-growing nature does present an invitation to employees to step-up. For many people this is absolutely where they thrive but naturally that pace is not for everyone.
