      Mismanaged 0 expectations from Night Shift. All pressure is put on certain shifts and certain people. The go getters. COVID was a disaster for leadership. Morale is way down. No appreciation.

      Exposure to major markets. Good experience. Many kind people.

      Cons

      Prepare to work 55 hours per week. Late night calls regular. Company only cares about its revenue this quarter. Management colleagues are mostly white men in their 50’s who play golf. Cliquey. Everyone has been there for 20 years.
